    Job Description/Responsibilities


    Sazerac of Indiana is currently seeking applicants for multiple laboratory technician positions. The successful candidate for the Laboratory position with Sazerac of Indiana, will be able to work a flexible schedule and be responsible for but not limited to:

    • Ensuring all materials received adhere to required specifications.
    • Verifying processing steps are performed properly to ensure finished product integrity.
    • Performing audits on the manufacturing floor.
    • Supplying feedback to frontline team members on quality results and performance.
    • Ensuring activities, processes and products are compliant with government agencies’ regulatory requirements including OSHA.
    • Writing, organize and update lab procedures.
    • Participating in and lead problem solving activities to standardize and improve processes.


    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor Degree or better in Chemistry or related degree
    • 1-3 years Lab/QC or related
    • At least 21 years of age
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
    • Ability to effectively multitask
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft office products
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
    • Solid planning and organizational skills
    • Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
    • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry
