    The Brand Engagement Coordinator works with marketing and sales teams in the execution of Brand Engagement & Activities. Primary responsibilities include being a member of and supporting the brand team by managing the REM/BA team activity through a master schedule and participating in the development of activation ideation and participating in the execution of experiential engagement activity.


    • Develop, manage & maintain the master calendar for REM/Brand Ambassador engagement activity. Including on, non and off premise engagements, experiential event participation, regional grass roots opportunities, bartender relations and fan outreach.
    • Be a point-person and funnel of information to/from the field for REM/BA and experiential activity.
    • Collaborate with REMs/BA's and Sales to identify target markets, timing, accounts and event opportunities for engaging fans/bartenders.
    • Build excellent relationships and provide excellent customer service and follow through to brand team, REM/BA team, sales team, agencies, trade, influencers and fans. 
    • Assist the BEM in guiding the REMs/BAs to develop market schedules and account lists, account recaps and to be diligent with follow up. Approve REM/BA expenses. Monitor recaps, ensure REM follow up and provide master schedule progress and expense report recaps to brand team.
    • Use and create tools and processes for tracking and managing projects, communications, logistics, schedules, sponsorship requests and other various tasks. Act as Project Manager for REM/BA engagement activities.
    • Manage incoming celebrity, artist and band and superfan requests, collaborate with team to evaluate and approve, be diligent with follow up and maintain relationships. 
    • Support the BEM in monitoring social and digital channels, overseeing the REM/BA team's social media presence and guiding the REM/BA team in working with the sales team and agency partners. 
    • Participate in hiring and the onboarding of the best REM/BA team in the industry to ensure successful integration into the company. Assist the BEM in conducting 60-day market visits with new hires.



    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
    • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
    • Willingness to travel
    • Proficient in Microsoft office products
    • 3 years of relevant experience (minimum)


    • Undergraduate Degree
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
    • 3 years Wine and spirits industry experience
