.The Bailment Coordinator will forecast demand, enter stock replenishment orders and invoice stock reconcilliations on a monthly basis. The incumbent will provide excellent customer service resolving customer problems, and ensuring accurate and timely shipping of all stock transfer orders by working effectively with shipping facilities. This role will avoid out-of-stocks and reduce errors by reviewing projections and matching them with items and quantities ordered, providing adequate inventory to meet customer needs. The successful candidate will provide world class customer service being proactive and responsive ensuring timely and uninterrupted product availability and accurate invoicing. A Bachelor's degree in Business (or related field) or commensurate experience is required along with strong analytical and problem solving skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in monthly inventory and accounting closes, beverage alcohol industry experience and APICS certification is preferred
