    Job Description/Responsibilities

    As HR Business Partner responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:  

    • Provide world class customer service, expertise and guidance to achieve the Company Vision and culture
    • Lead the HR functions for the relevant client group
    • Provides expert counsel and guidance on policies, procedures, activities;
    • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
    • Educate employees about company benefits
    • Lead hiring and staffing activities.


    • 2+ Years of Sitting Site HR Leadership Experience at a Manufacturing Plant
    • 7+ Years of Progressive Human Resources Experience
    • 1+ Cycle(s) of Successful Union Avoidance Experience

    • 2+ Years Generalist Leadership of Strategic Talent Management, Training & Development, Succession Planning, and Organization Development Experience

    • 2+ Years Generalist Leadership of Staffing / Talent Acquistion

    • 5+ Years of Strong Communication Skills with All Levels in the Organization

    • 2+ Years of Benefits Administration & Wellness Programs at a Localized Level
