    Job Description/Responsibilities

    New Position: Due to growth!

    Leads the Vendor Managed Inventory Program in order to deliver world class customer service at the lowest landed cost. Builds excellent wholesaler relationships and appropriate process rigor to ensure VMI results are sustainable and repeatable. Drives cost out of the supply chain and improves profitability by optimizing the finished goods process from production planning through customer delivery.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    MUST

    • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
    • Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
    • Demonstrated active learner with the ability to make independent observations, and "connect the dots".
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills
    • Willingness to travel

    PREFERRED

    • Master's degree in related field
    • 3-5 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment
    • 1-3 years Supervisory experience
    • 3+ years Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry
