    Job Description/Responsibilities

    The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support for Buffalo Trace Distillery.   They are a steward of the desired culture, providing knowledgeable and professional guidance, administers HR functions such as compliance with employment laws and regulations, policies and programs, and collective bargaining agreements; maintenance of employment records, hiring and staffing; onboarding; data collection and analysis; accurate maintenance of HRIS systems; benefits, and training and development.


    Required Qualifications

    • Undergraduate Degree
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment
    • Proven time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Detail oriented

    Desired Qualifications

    • 5-10 years relevant experience
    • PHR/SPHR certification
    • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
    • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
