    Job Description/Responsibilities

    Position: Field Sales Associate

    Location: Columbus or Cleveland or Cincinnati

     

    As Field Sales Associate you will be responsibel for:

    • Achieves volume objectives for brand state priorities in OH
    • Use KPIs to ensure that execution standards are achieved in respective territory
    • Monitor results through KPI Tracking and COGNOS
    • Execute and identifiy priorities and projects to ensure that OH is focused on reaching long term growth goals
    • Provides retail level (on and off premise) intelligence regarding hot brands and competitive activity
    • Ensures a prioritized PDS plan along with action plans.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    MUST

    • A valid driver's license
    • Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience
    • Willingness to travel
    • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
    • Strong planning and organizational skills

    PREFERRED

    • Proficient in Microsoft office products
    • 1 year Experience in customer service, retail
