    Job Description/Responsibilities

    The Materials Coordinator is responsible for maintaining adequate on hand inventories of production components (bottles, closures, labels, etc.) to support planning and manufacturing. Tasks involved include: determining releases to suppliers for component deliveries, scheduling loads of empty case goods, conducting and reconciling cycle counts, maintain records of all obsolete items. As well as building relationships between the organization and suppliers.



    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
    • Strong analytical and technical skills
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Must be a team player
    • 3 years of relevant experience (minimum)
    • Must be a self-starter and able to work alone.
    • Requires Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)


    • Undergraduate Degree
    • Requires Supply Chain Experience
