The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for full cycle salaried hiring for a specific area of the business and/or business function/s. The Recruiter will work closely with Human Resources to drive the end-to-end hiring process supporting hiring managers at all levels of the business. The Recruiter will act as a strategic talent advisor and staffing consultant providing recruiting solutions and recommendations to solve all hiring challenges.
- Responsible for driving the end to end hiring process for specific business area and/or business function
- Create and execute staffing strategies in close collaboration with Human Resources, Department Sponsors, and Hiring Managers.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across a wide range of functions and geographic areas
- Managing a requisition workload up to 20 Requisitions while hands on sourcing and screening candidates
- Actively recruit high potential, passive candidates through cold calling and other techniques
- Provide timely and accurate data inputs for all necessary reporting and Analytics requirements to support the business
- Ensure hiring process adheres to all legal and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage the hiring process through various systems includes iCims (ATS) for requisitions and other custom homegrown systems.
