    Job Description/Responsibilities


    • Leads maintenance reliability across entire plant while supporting all departments with continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, & overall OEE.
    • Works with Maintenance Manager and other Department Managers to identify/resolve problems, develop/execute effective & efficient processes & standards, & assist with audits.
    • Works side-by-side with Maintenance Manager on capital projects & planning.
    • Ensures plant performance meets/exceeds KPIs.
    • Provides back-fill for manager when needed.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related discipline
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Comfortable with change in a fast moving environment,
    • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a fast paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
    • Charismatic leader with evidence of strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills
    • 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience in CPG or process industry (minimum)
