Bachelor degree in HR, Finance, or related field plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated knowledge of federal labor law
Demonstrated knowledge of core HR practices and principles
Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, timely and within expected standards
Proficiency with software applications including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, etc.
Demonstrated ability to present sound and reasonable arguments to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behavior change
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization
