    Job Description/Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Rewards team to ensure base pay competitiveness, and balance internal equity within the local pay structure
    • Evaluate and market price positions at all levels of the organization utilizing external market data and internal position comparisons to make salary recommendations to ensure alignment with the broad based compensation structure
    • Actively support and contribute to the Annual Compensation Cycle
    • Oversee the quarterly and annual market data collection process by executing, tracking and monitoring survey purchases, submissions and results
    • Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of salary & hourly range structures
    • Prepare compensation recommendations to facilitate promotions, demotions and lateral job changes
    • Continually challenge the status quo in an effort to identify continuous improvement opportunities and gain efficiencies

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Qualifications

    Bachelor degree in HR, Finance, or related field plus 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    Demonstrated knowledge of federal labor law

    Demonstrated knowledge of core HR practices and principles

    Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, timely and within expected standards

    Proficiency with software applications including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel, etc.

    Demonstrated ability to present sound and reasonable arguments to persuade people in a way that results in agreement or behavior change

    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization

    Preferred Qualifications
