    Job Description/Responsibilities

    The Office Administrator provides HR support to the Sazerac House and Sazerac New Orleans office in the areas of hiring and staffing, culture development, and HRIS to include onboarding, orientation, data compilation and analysis, reporting and maintenance of employee records. In addition, this role provides administrative support to the company including donation requests, VIP program coordination, visitor/event survey management, website/systems updates and working on special projects.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:  

     

    • Hiring and staffing of Sazerac House employees
    • Assisting with new employee onboarding, orientation and training
    • Escalation/assistance with employee relations issues
    • Conference room scheduling and coordination
    • Office Supply procurement
    • Break Room and Copy Room Maintenance

    Qualifications/Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills
    • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
    • Strong planning and organizational skills
    • Ability to project a professional image
    • 2 years’ relevant experience in Customer Service
    • 2 years’ supervisory experience

    PREFFERED:

    • Human Resources related professional certification
    • 1 year recruiting experience
