Job Description/Responsibilities

The Market Manager - Los Angeles will be responsible for achieving the organization's strategic & commercial goals for Southern California with an emphasis on Los Angeles.  This individual will be responsible for developing all aspects of our On & Off premise business with our internal & external partners accordingly. 

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Plan & execute national/local sales programs with key accounts.
  •  Build & maintain strong relationships and work closely with distributor sales representatives & key accounts in the Southern California market.
  •  Build & achieve KPI goals within target account list (Menu, Distribution, Backbar, Shelf, Display, Ad's)
  •  Successfully launch new innovation in target accounts and Southern California territory.
  •  Manage individual budgets to achieve maximum results while staying within allocation.
  •  Actively identify market opportunities & move with pace if business opportunity exists
  •  Achieve yearly volume & Net Sales Value targets in territory
  •  Manage account level distributor and retail pricing to ensure strategies are being implemented
  • Work closely with Southern California Bond and Royal Portfolio Manager.
  •  Adopt an Owner's mentality and make business decisions accordingly

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Spirits or Beverage industry, preferably on premise
  • Excellent written, oral & presentation skills
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Strong organization, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Proficient computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word) 
  • Ability to work nights & weekends
  • Ability to grow in the industry and take on responsibility above current level
