Job Description/Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for building brands in local markets. Develop and execute local market strategies to activate a portfolio of brands with Through The Line (TTL) campaigns. Works collaboratively with local Sales lead and Global Marketing Organization to create compelling local consumer experiences with a portfolio of brands.


Additional Responsibilities Include:

Brand Activation

  • Leverage a deep understanding of local target consumer to inform local brand plans approach.
  • Collaborate with Sales partners and local partners on creation of local brand plans cascaded from global brand plans.
  • Support the development of local product, communications and shopper strategies to achieve global brand objectives and solve local customer problems.
  • Lead development of local creative briefs.
  • Lead localization execution of global creative toolkits (brand and portfolio).
  • Oversee execution of localized TTL marketing activation plans with local partners, budget, local marketing standards, and ensure plan is executed to reach local market sales and profit objectives.
  • Utilize local shopper insights to create local Trade Marketing Plans to drive portfolio feature & display programing. Create new sell-in proposals to fit local partners dynamic needs.
  • Lead and/or support the management of creative agency partners (The Shop) in delivering effective & efficient creative solutions, packaging, marketing materials, promotion, public relations and media for all support and assigned category/brand NBD, projects and programs.
  • Contribute to global brand product strategies with local market consumer in mind. 
  • Contribute to global brand communication strategies with local market consumer wants, needs, desires in mind. 

Business Acumen

  • Portfolio management for key priority brands in order to drive Sazerac market growth and profitability.
  • Use consumer insights and marketing tools to measure, analyze and report progress against local BCSP and Brand health goals.
  • Identify and see through to completion areas to save money, improve efficiency and add value to the company.
  • Work with local Sales lead to maximize local brand impact and business potential.

All other / Managing Self

  • Utilize PDS system and available resources to identify areas for continuous self-improvement. Regularly dedicate time to growing the skills outlined in the Development Plan.
  • Establish well organized priorities for yourself. Ensure project team members understand their roles, updates are posted, and priorities are successfully completed. Monitor progress and use PPT system to inform against priorities.
  • Identify cross functional support to be involved in projects and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to build assigned categories/brands into a viable and profitable global consumer business in target local market consistent with the company's overall strategy and goals.



  • Bachelor's Degree Required. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Balanced analytical, organizational and creative skillset needed
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Have a ‘global’ mindset
  • Able to work cross functionally within the organization
  • Proficient Spanish communication skills (preferred)
