Job Description/Responsibilities

The Bottling Records Clerk reconciles daily production, enters bottling in ERP and cross trained to handle bulk processing entry. Receptionist duties include: mail distribution, preparation of UPS/Fed Ex documents, ordering supplies, managing security service, updating the Digital Bulletin Board, coding AP invoices, maintaining AP files, FG and shipment records, and miscellaneous office duties.


  • Responsible for routine administration work in support of Production and/or Maintenance Supervisors. May assign personnel to Production lines in conjunction with Bottling Supervisors. Monitors, schedules and records engineering and/or maintenance activities in the Bottling Department. Follow-ups on Work Orders and DMRs as needed.
  • Work closely with Supervisors to improve work-related skills, which will lead to improved performance and benefit my professional growth as well as the company's success. Implement a Performance Development Plan for myself that will facilitate my improvement in at least 1 competency at any given time and facilitate improving my performance against position description outcomes.
  • Assists the Bottling Maintenance Department with the administrative work associated with running the Bottling parts stockroom including P-Card administration, bar coding, parts inventory, reconciling purchased parts with purchase requisitions. Assist in maintaining records and provides communication support with vendors regarding equipment needs and problem resolutions.
  • Provide monthly reports to management including line efficiency and manpower efficiency reports, work order reports(and tracking) and downtime reports.
  • Compiles data and prepares documentation for Capital Projects and other cost savings/reduction ideas. Tracks capital and maintenance expenditures against budgets and payback commitments.
  • Assists the Department by handling the input of daily production reports into System 21 and JDE and the reconciliation of these reports. Records established KPI criteria for Bottling production into the KPI system. Assigns, enters and tracks all purchase order information for Bottling Maintenance. Maintains the held goods database.
  • Continually seek ways to improve performance as measured by Key Performance Indicators. Cross-train in order to increase knowledge, improve processes, and to improve intra- and inter- departmental communications. Continuously review processes for improvement and to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain solid professional working relationships inside and outside the company. Set a positive example and act in a manner consistent with company values.
  • Develop a career plan for myself that will allow me to achieve my overall career objectives with the company.
