Job Description/Responsibilities

The Brand Manager - Fireball will manage the end-to-end marketing process. You’ll lead brand growth, including brand strategy and new business development for the Fireball portfolio. This role reports to the Brand Director, Fireball Portfolio. Bring your energy to this portfolio of brands and manage the end-to-end process, achieving P&L and brand growth.

 

Priorities of the position include (but are not limited to):

  • Partner with Brand Director in achieving brand state priority objectives and meeting annual objectives for assigned brands. Prioritize time & resources to evaluate and analyze progress on brands most critical to achieving growth and contribution objectives.
  • As the general manager of your portfolio, you’ll create and drive the strategy, results, and execution, and manage marketing /advertising agencies, marketing materials, sales materials, public relations and media for brand projects and new brand development projects. Including formula development, procurement, compliance, forecasting, costing, pricing, production planning, item setup coordination, and brand planning.
  • Develop an annual budget, work with the sales team to identify distribution and pricing opportunities, partner with National Accounts to win significant business for assigned brands.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in consumer goods
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and computer application skills (excel, power point, sales/marketing systems, etc)
  • Exposure to consumer-facing media and communications
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proven history of driving results in high-visibility, fast-pace environments

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Brand Management experience
  • Experience in New Business Development
  • Budgeting, planning and/or financial analysis experience
  • Demonstrated active learner with the ability to make independent observations, and "connect the dots"
