Job Description/Responsibilities

The Digital Shelf Merchandiser will lead the process for bringing Sazerac portfolio to life online across eCommerce platforms. Responsible for how shoppers engage & convert to win the algorithm with optimized content & search to drive perfect digital shelf execution

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Leverage internal tools and partners to optimize content scores across all identified retailers. grow eshare of voice and eshare by leveraging content, search and strong digital relationships with partners.
  • Analyze and optimize priority brands for maximum brand and sales impact. focus on identified brands for content optimization
  • KPIs and project plans will be focused on aligned Key Account priorities. content and operational priorities will be based on Key account growth KPIs

  • Build direct relationships with digital shelf teams at key and national accounts
  • ensure A+ consumer content and A+ service when working with retailer, distributor and partner teams
  • Support Fiscal Year Growth by focusing on eShare optimization across all digital shelf accounts
  • Manage all 3rd party agencies responsible for the E2E digital shelf infrastructure. including content creation, management, syndication and optimization
  • Leverage analytics to determine proper optimization of content. use combination of copywriting and visual creatives to increase share of search and eShare.
  • Learn and internalize company process and system for continual personal improvement

Qualifications/Requirements

Must:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with advertising/digital agencies.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems / processes

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify new opportunities to support key initiatives / improve existing processes

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources

  • 5 years Analysis and reporting knowledge:

  • 5 years relevant sales/marketing experience

  • 3 years Copywriting experience

  • 5 years Direct work experience in project management capacity

  • 3 years of relevant experience (minimum)


Preferred:



  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, such as audience targeting and search engine optimization.

  • Experience in media vendor management.

  • 1 year experience with design agency or similar role

  • 1 year experience managing an Advertising Agency

  • Strong communication skills
