The Sazerac House will take its visitors through a journey of the history and culture of spirits in New Orleans showcasing the company’s brands relevant to the city of yesterday and today.
The part-time Experience Ambassador is responsible for creating a welcoming, entertaining and educational atmosphere to all visitors of the Sazerac House and internal customers. This person provides exceptional customer service and is recognized as an advocate of the Sazerac House featured brands and spirited experience.
The Gift Shop Associate is responsible for the proper execution of retail transactions for visitors and internal customers. Offers exceptional customer service and answers visitors inquiries while maintaining the gift shop stocked and aesthetically pleasing at all times.

The Process Technician I provides coverage of duties in all positions in the distillery. Job duties include (but are not limited to) cooking and fermentation processes, running the distillation, using a computer for equipment control, completing lab tests, measuring additives, cleaning, physical labor, forklift driving, and completing mathematical calculations. This individual is also called upon to provide feedback on necessary equipment modifications and repairs.
